Redefining the standard in
Custom Foot Orthoses
We combine traditional orthotics manufacturing techniques with new technology and automation to produce the most accurate and repeatable devices and the highest level of service.
Pioneers of Custom Orthotics
Footletic Inc. was founded by a group of Canadian Certified Pedorthists with one goal in mind: To provide the most accurate foot orthoses.
OUR APPROACH
Our approach is to couple traditional foot orthoses manufacturing principles with the latest technologies
available today. We hold multiple CAD orthoses designing software licenses.
OUR FOCUS
Footletic’s manufacturing process focuses on precision devices with a complete solution for any orthotic practice.
ONLINE ORDERING
We offer an online ordering orthotic ordering system. This system is customized to the individual clinician and his/her needs. This proprietary system is built on the back of feedback and our experience of over 45 years in both clinical and manufacturing of foot orthoses.
CLINICIANS AT HEART
We understand what clinicians require. Our lab consists of Canadian Certified Pedorthists who are members of the Pedorthic Association of Canada as well as the College of Pedorthics of Canada.
Our Products
We ensure that our materials are particularly suited to sports medicine and pediatric applications.
POLYNYLON
Polynylon- is a proprietary, boradiene, modified high density polyethylene with excellent forming, appearance and impact characteristics. Particularly suited to sports medicine or pediatric applications
Available Thicknesses:
1.5mm Clear
2.0mm Clear
2.5mm Clear
3.0mm Clear
POLYPROPYLENE
Polypropylene- is a thermoplastic material used to fabricate braces and other supportive devices. The ability of polypropylene to yield pressure and torque, yet consistently return to its original form without fatiguing, has eliminated distortion previously encountered in many orthoses.
Top Covers
For top covers, we use SPENCO® INSOLE MATERIAL, P-CELL® + PORON®,
and perforated MULTIFOAM. These materials may be applied to a variety
of athletic problems, sports devices, diabetic needs, and arthritic problems.
SPENCO INSOLE MATERIAL
A neoprene sponge, nitrogen induced to absorb lateral or side to side forces as well as vertical pressure. A multi stretch nylon fabric is bonded to one side allowing the foot or extremity to glide easily. Spenco material is decay resistant, odor resistant, and can be cut, skived, and laundered. Ideally suited for patients who have blisters, trophic ulcers, arthritis, diabetes, and for athletes.
P-CELL® + PORON®
15-20 Durometer + Soft Supporting top cover for applications of sensitive foot conditions such as diabetic and arthritic conditions.
MULTIFOAM – PERFORATED
A unique material for a number of foot orthotic applications. Especially suitable for difficult foot problems. May be applied to a variety of athletic problems and sports devices.
Technology
Structure Scanner by Occipital with the Footletic iPad App
Use of the Structure Sensor is reinventing patient care across the fields of orthotics and prosthetics. Applications using Structure Sensor can capture 3D models of any body part for custom-fit prosthetics, orthotics, braces, custom insoles, and much more.
VeriScan Podriatic Scanner (VPS) Envisic
Utilizing red line-laser 3D-imaging techniques, the VeriScan Podiatric Scanner quickly and accurately captures a true-dimension digital cast of the human foot.
